Please read this agreement carefully. By accessing or using the service provided by Seasonal Work AUSTRALIA, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions below. Seasonal Work AUSTRALIA may modify this agreement at any time, and such modifications shall be effective immediately.

1. Seasonal Work AUSTRALIA will maintain the information on the site for a period of one (1) year from the date of registration
2. Changes may be made at any time by advertisers using their own Passwords; One (1) free change may be made to the details upon request from the advertiser by Seasonal Work AUSTRALIA, though a new job description, location or dates will be regarded as a new advertisement
3. Seasonal Work AUSTRALIA will advertise the site to draw potential employees
4. Seasonal Work AUSTRALIA takes no responsibility for any relationship between the worker and the employer
5. The onus remains with employers to check work eligibility
6. Information contained and derived from this site is for personal use only and may not be sold or redistributed.
7. Advertisers may not refer applicants or enquires generated through the Seasonal Work website onto a 3rd party.
8. You may not modify, copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit or distribute in any way any material from this site including code and software. You must not use this Site for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these terms of use.
9. Seasonal Work AUSTRALIA reserves the right to refuse to accept advertisements which it deems to be not suitable for this site
10. Information will be withdrawn after 5 days of any accounts being outstanding
11. Refunds are available only within the first 2 weeks of posting the advertised position, or within 2 weeks of the position starting, whichever comes first
12. All prices and transactions are in $AU. Payment on Invoice (no Statements sent) within 20 days invoice date. Payment can be made by Cheque or Automatic Payment as detailed on the invoice
13. Seasonal Work AUSTRALIA has provided links Internet sites maintained by third parties. Such linked sites are not under the control of Seasonal Work AUSTRALIA and we not responsible for the contents. Seasonal Work AUSTRALIA is not responsible for the copyright compliance of any linked site.
14. All communications from this website are from Seasonal Work AUSTRALIA Ltd. Agencies may not contact employers.
